Hey everyone
I'm Rachel, back again for my second year with the Rock 107 Lovely Ladies. I'm so excited for this summer! There are lots of great events going, so make sure to come check them out.
Some things I love: travelling, high heels, movies, juice boxes, my family and friends, ice cream, rum, dancing, four wheelers, potatoes, chocolate, cars and music of all genres.
Some things I dislike: spiders, being cold, seafood, anything peach, snakes (they make me cry), inconsiderate people, socks with sandals, the dark and people who can't drive properly.
I was born and raised in Belleville. I've travelled to lots of different places, so that I don't get too bored. It's always good to shake things up and see something new. I love being busy and meeting new people, so come say hi to me this summer! It's going to ROCK!!!

Hey all, guess who???
What to talk about this year? Well I guess the basics first off. I'm born and raised in Belleville Ontario. I spent 5 years working in the Fort McMurray Alberta Oilfields and returned to Ontario in 2009.
I've been with Quinte Broadcasting since returning, beginning my radio career as a Rock 107 Lovely Lady and working my way up to the Promotions Coordinator position as of last fall. During my stint here at the station I have met and hung out with bands like Hedley, Theory of a Deadman, Neverest and some how managed to end up at a '09 Nickleback MMVA after party. That's a story in itself, just ask lol!
I've gotten talked into wearing my bikini way too many times live on the air thanks to being a Toronto Sunshine Girl a few times :) I've been dunked in a tank for charity, hypnotized to do some crazy hilarious things live on Rock 107 and most recently jumped 13,000ft from a perfectly good airplane with The Skyhawks for their 40th Anniversary. Check out the videos on Youtube!!
In a nutshell I'm an adventurous sort and I love my job. I've never been to school for radio or promotions, but firmly believe that working hard and being a little crazy and outgoing gets you places in life.
I am also a dance teacher (tap, jazz, ballet & hip hop) and have danced since I was 6 years old. I love Concerts and rocking out in a good mosh pit. I'm into tattoos and piercings, Angelina Jolie is my idol and Trent Reznor is god! I have met the man of my dreams who is the Bass player for the Ottawa band “DOWN IN ASHES” who I highly recommend you check out! Someday they will be highly famous and I will live in a mansion :)
Thanks to all of you out there who I've had the pleasure of meeting over the past few years!! This summer is going to be a blast and the Lovely Ladies Squad of 2011 is the best to date!!! See you soon!!!!

My name's Amanda and I'm from Huntsville, but originally from the Ottawa Valley. I've been told on occasion I have a slight accent so if I talk funny, feel free to laugh.
I'm a journalism student at Loyalist College heading into third year. This is my third school in five years and all I have is thousands of dollars in debt to show for it. I've been a dropout and a failure so I'm guessing graduate must be next? Wish me luck!
I'm a HUGE hockey fan - Go Oilers! I can pretty much quote A Night at the Roxbury word for word, I love video games, mainly Nintendo and old school Sega Genesis since those are the only consoles with games I can actually win. And I like musicians that no one else has heard of.

I love cute cuddly puppies and kittens. I have a beautiful dog at home named Sandy. I hate mean guys with tribal tattoos and hate rainy days.
My favourite rock bands are AC/DC and Led Zepplin. So far the Lovely Ladies job has been the best job of my life! I love all the girls I work with, and love meeting lots of cool people.

My parents call me Jessica, but I prefer Jess. I grew up in a military family and have moved around as a kid, but I call New Brunswick home. I graduated from Trenton High School and I am now attending Queens University for a Bachelor of Nursing Science.
Any of my good friends would tell you that my favourite pastime is YouTube, and that I am always up for a party. They may also mention the fact that I lived off of Oreo cookies this year at school and that my mum still did my laundry.
I am very active and super outgoing! I would much rather go to the beach than stay home and watch a movie. I love eating!!! But I am definitely a terrible cook. I cheer for the Leafs and enjoy watching NCAA March Madness Basketball. I LOVE classic rock, my top three favourite bands include The Tragically Hip, Guns and Roses and The Trews. I am pumped to attend RockFest and see them LIVE!
There aren't many things that I don't like, but it bothers me beyond belief when someone with long hair receives a medal and doesn't fix their hair over top, it is defiantly my pet peeve.
Lets make this summer ROCK! There is a great line up of events for the Belleville and Quinte area! I can't wait to see you out there!!!
